- Cactus Salad
Mexican salad prepared with diced cactus, onion, tomato, cilantro and fresh cheese with a touch of olive oil - Tlalpeño soup
Prepared with vegetables, shredded chicken, cheese and a touch of chipotle - Citrus Salmon
Salmon fillet on the grill bathed with a delicious sauce prepared with sweet orange, lime, grapefruit, epazote and white wine. - Corn cake

- Three lettuce salad bathed with a dressing prepared with honey, mustard, balsamic vinegar and mango, decorated with slices of mango
- Coriander cream
Soft coriander cream prepared with cilantro from the region, chicken broth and decorated with parmesan croutons - Fish fillet Veracruz style
Fresh grouper fillet bathed with a sauce made with green peppers, onion, tomato, green olives, capers and a touch of white wine and aromatic spices accompanied by pilaf rice and grilled vegetables - Almond cake

- Grouper Carpaccio thinly sliced bathed with a tropical vinaigrette
prepared with a base of lime juice and grapefruit - Poblano Cream
Delicious authentic Mexican cream prepared with roasted poblanos,
melting cheese and corn kernels. (mildly spicy) - Sian Ka’an fish fillet
Grouper fillet on the grill bathed with a mango sauce prepared with a touch of chipotle and cilantro, accompanied by sweet mashed potatoes - Traditional three milk sweet cake

and bathed with our house’s vinaigrette - Lime Soup
Traditional Yucatecan recipe, prepared with chicken broth, shredded chicken, peppers, fried tortillas and a touch of lime! - Tikin Xic Fish Fillet
Authentic Mayan delicacy, fresh grouper fillet grilled and mounted on a banana leaf served with white rice and fried bananas - Chocolate cake

Tortilla soup prepared with tomato, onion, garlic, fried tortilla strips, avocado, cheese, cream and chile pasilla (the chile is optional) - Chicken Pibil style
Traditional Yucatecan recipe, chicken prepared with red axiote and onion served over a banana leaf accompanied by white rice and fried bananas. - Home made flan

Juicy Lobster tail prepared on the grill, with garlic or flambéed with tequila and bathed with a sauce prepared with garlic, butter, guajillo chile
served with wild rice - Chocolate brownie served with vanilla ice cream
